Standard Shipping

• All our products will be packaged with care and protection
• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99, it normally takes about 3-5 business days for the order to arrive with exceptions in certain areas
• All our products are shipped within the same day or the next day of the order (except holidays when shipping carriers are closed). For extended handling time, we will inform buyers through their provided contact methods
• Depending on our inventory, our products will be shipped either from Kyle, Texas, USA (through USPS, UPS, or Fedex) or Wuxi, China (through UPS Worldwide Express)

Overnight Shipping

• For products that are eligible for overnight shipping, a different price will be specified as an option in the listing

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means buyers have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return
• All return items must be in brand new condition for a full refund which means the item is never installed and kept in the original package. Otherwise, only a partial refund will be issued based on the damage or wear of the product
• All return shipping costs will be covered by the buyers
• To start a return, a return request shall be sent to info@gonauto.com. Please include the order number, photos of the item(s), name, address, contact information, and reasons for return in the request email
• Once the return request is approved, we will provide a return address for the buyer to pack and ship the item. Buyer is responsible to ship the item within 10 days after the approval, or the return request shall be canceled
• Once we receive the item, we will inspect and provide a feedback and/or a refund within 3 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for any return funds to arrive to your purchase account

All GON AUTO products are backed by a one (1) Year Limited Warranty. All warranty claims must be authorized by GON AUTO by email at info@gonauto.com

The one (1) Year Limited Warranty only covers all manufacturer defects. It does not cover :

• Failures due to Improper installation or Maintenance
• Failure due to Lack of low or contaminated lubricant
• Over-temperature operation
• Using liquid gasket or sealing compounds
• Foreign object damage
• Abuse, accidents, coating, fire damage, crash damage, shipping damage, improper component fitment, etc.

All products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Your warranty begins from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only when installation instructions and manufacturer warranty requirements are followed in their entirety. Installation should be performed by a certified professional.Unless a separate, optional, and specific warranty is purchased to cover such, the warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal, installation and / or reinstallation of the product. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for time, rental, or other products not purchased from us, and does not cover any labor. The warranty covers repairing or replacing the purchased part. The warranty is offered only to the original purchaser of the product. The warranty does not apply, and is void, if the product has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone other than us. The warranty will be void if the product fails due to improper installation. If the product proves defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, it shall be returned along with the original sales invoice. Your original dated invoice is required for warranty eligibility. The product will, at our option, be replaced or repaired free of charge and returned to the original purchaser.

The express warranty set forth above is exclusive and no other warranties or any kind, whether statutory, oral, written, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The consumers exclusive remedies for breach of warranty and our only obligation arising out of or in connection with breach of warranty shall be those stated herein. We expressly disclaim liability for incidental and consequential damages caused by the product.

There are no other warranties stated or implied that extend beyond that described above or warrant fitness for a particular purpose other than stated for a given item. Please contact GON AUTO concerning warranty claims.

Once the warranty claim is authorized, GON AUTO will contact customers for further instructions.

Diagnostic and resolution of the claim will be made within 1-2 weeks

A credit or replacement of the unit will be sent if the unit is under warranty, its a repair and replace NOT REFUND.
